Course Overview
Finding Self: How to Identify, Break the Loop, and Overcome Impostor Syndrome is an evidence-informed course for healthcare professionals. It explores impostor syndrome through psychology, neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory and nervous-system regulation.
The course examines how self-doubt, perfectionism and fear of being “found out” can be maintained by autonomic nervous-system states. Participants learn why regulation may need to precede cognitive change, how to recognise common impostor patterns, and how to apply practical regulation-first strategies in personal and professional contexts.
Course Format
- Three recorded learning sessions
- Downloadable 49-page course manual
- Guided reflection and practical application activities
- Approximately 3 hours of course content plus 1 hour of self-study
