Course Overview
Anxiety is more than a thinking problem – it is a nervous system state with measurable physiology. This webinar explores anxiety through the lens of neuroscience, autonomic nervous system regulation, Polyvagal Theory, HRV science and psychoneuroimmunology.
Participants learn why anxiety develops, how the body detects threat through neuroception, and how factors such as the gut-brain axis, sensory processing, inflammation and chronic stress contribute to persistent anxiety. Practical regulation strategies are introduced through the NeuroSync four-phase framework: Understand • Locate • Regulate • Retrain.
